For the past 19th years of my life, i never really knew the significance of Lent period. The only thing that i have always knew about this period that it was like the holy month that consisted of Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and lastly the joyous occasion Easter Sunday. Today in short and simple words, i found out it is a period of conversion and repentance. A period for you to discover your weaknesses in life, accept them and re- invent yourself. After learning about this, i really hope to have a fruitful lent period...

Today's homily was rather interesting and i totally agree with... It goes something like this" As you repent and pray, do not be hypocrite....Do it quietly and sincerely... and god will reward you...Have a fruitful and meaningful lent period my friends or readers:D
