Well well well... Its another lazy sunday for me and my family except with a twist, its cold there. Almost everyday, i would plan to go running for some exercise the next day. But it never seems to happen because im often unable to wake up on time. As in, with the holidays and me often sleeping late at night, i tend to wake up the next day close to 11 am. The ideal time for me to run would normally be around 8 plus. I feel that is a suitable time because its not to hot and the air is really fresh. Im not very sure if this is true but often i hear people telling me that the morning sun is good for healthy skin. Im not really very sure about that. But FYI im more of the outdoor person than an indoor person. I just love being under the sun. Feeling the heat. The only disadvantage is getting sun burns. I remeber once on a Prefect gathering at Sentosa, me and my friends were having loads of fun under the sun playing but at the end of the day me nad two of my classmates who were also prefects got sun burns. I kind of look like a roasted pig. When school started the following week, we had a three day motivational workshop. And throughout the whole time, the three of us were peeling off the burn skin. We are crazy people indeed. But thats not going to stop me from going down to the beach and chilling out. Seentosa is really a good place to hang out with your friends or buddies. While im blogging noow im waiting to watch the movie LOVE ACTUALLY, which begins at 11pm on channel . It seems to be a great movie.
